ÖÖD is an 18 sq m tiny home clad in mirrored glass to help it blend into its surrounds.

Originally envisaged as a pop-up hotel room or Airbnb accommodation, the two-person prefab dwelling is made from steel, insulated glass and wood, and takes less than eight hours to build.

It’s pretty fancy too: interiors have a Scandi vibe with timber floors and ceiling, and adjustable heating and LED lighting have been built into the tiny home structure. It also comes with custom-designed furniture, a BOSE sound system and large touch screen. New owners will just need to hook it up to water, internet and sewage systems.

ÖÖD is designed and manufactured in Estonia, and costs $65,000 to buy. The bad news is that the cabin’s currently only available in Estonia, but the company is reportedly looking at exporting the design internationally… Watch this space.
