During the renovation of this 64sqm apartment, its designer-owners uncovered historic tiles and traces of original colour, and incorporated them alongside reclaimed stone. Three French balconies open onto the streets of El Born, while a shared rooftop terrace looks towards the Sagrada Família and Montserrat.

Patterned hydraulic mosaic floors run through this 110sqm Eixample apartment, beneath decorative ceiling mouldings and tall French windows. The recent renovation introduced custom joinery and contemporary finishes, with the original tiles providing much of the colour throughout the rooms.

The kitchen has been updated with contemporary fittings, while the building’s older materials remain visible throughout. Outside, the narrow streets of El Born wind between centuries-old façades.
