Peer inside where you can expect to find concrete floors, exposed brick and clever interventions that maximise the drama of the old barn’s proportions to stunning effect.

Decor has been updated but is period-inspired to the tale of intimate gatherings and grand social events from another era. Take an online tour.

It was designed for a landscape gardener, explaining why the 1980s property is basically a giant greenhouse, drenched in light with double-height volumes, a soaring glass roof and walls. Integrated planting and an indoor pool add a Tracy Island vibe. Get a closer look.
