If you’ve ever dreamed of living in one of Yayoi Kusama’s infinity rooms, now’s your chance.

The Tate Modern is offering Airbnb hosts in London the opportunity to have their bedroom turned into a work of art by the artist.

Hopefuls just need to submit their listing and explain in a few lines why they would like Kusama to transform their space before the competition closes on 10 May.

No details have been given about how Kusama’s creative vision will pan out, but expect mirrors to play a part.

The eventual winner will also receive a pair of tickets to the opening party for the Tate Modern extension on 16 June.

Kusama has been making a habit of transforming people’s properties recently. Just last weekend, her ‘Narcissus Garden’ installation – involving 1,300 reflective spheres in a pond – opened on the grounds of architect Philip Johnson’s Glass House.
