This Porsche 959 Komfort is one of a small number built by the company’s ‘Special Wishes’ department, which catered to the most demanding clients – and it could be yours.

The 1988 car has only three previous owners, including its original buyer and prominent art collector Dr Friedrich Christian Flick. He chose the car’s brown leather upholstery, which is accompanied by black stitching and carpeting to match the paintwork.

There’s just under 42,000 km on the clock, as well as a full-service history. The successful bidder will get their hands on the car, its original keys, tool kit and embossed leather owner’s manual.

RM Sotheby’s is selling the model and reports that its current owner has invested more than $100,000 in improvements.
