An abandoned sanatorium in Georgia

Aerial view of the abandoned Sanatorium Adjara, in Georgia. From Sochi all the way down to subtropical Batumi: this Black Sea coastline was once the absolute top for holidays and tourism. Botanical gardens, luxurious Soviet architecture, elite tourism, cable rope lifts connecting beaches to hotels, spas and sanatoria, you name it. With the collapse of the Soviet Union and the independence of the splinter states, tourism dropped significantly. Add ethnic tension and war, and the downfall is inevitable. . . We stayed at a family who lived nearby this sanatorium. The lady from the house worked her entire life in this place. She showed us photos from back in the days, it was incredible to see! . . The River Lee hotel, Cork, Ireland

Food for thought: if you live in a diverse area or city of the country and your friend circle is not diverse, ask yourself why. Facebook and Instagram friends don't count though. Speaking of Facebook, to this random high school contact who friended me the other day… that friend request notification I got was more conversation than we had in high school. Sure, let's connect – I have been waiting to catch up for so long! ? . . . . . . . . . #gglocalgems#suitcasetravels#searchwandercollect#cornersofmyworld#travelingthroughtheworld#mydomainetravels#verytandc#seeingthepretty#travelandleisure#incredible_europe#discover_europe#stillatraveler#wandertheworld#cityexplorer#mylpguide#condenasttraveler#afarmag#cntraveler#plantplantsplants#iloveplants#darlingplaces#culturetrip#sharingaworldofshops#thespacesilike#interiorinstagram#apartmenttherapy#mydecorvibe#passionforinterior#anthropologiehome#bohovibes

A restaurant in Tokyo, Japan

It's time for some personal work. Here a selection of images capturing the variety of fronts of restaurants, bars and cafés of Tokyo. I love what I do so even in my spare time I end up usually shooting interiors and architecture. Travelling gives me a huge opportunity to capture all different kinds of design and train my eye and my creativity. Japan made a huge impression on me. That's probably not a surprise. I mean… I never met anyone who visited Japan and came back underwhelmed. @tomkurek_the_photographer _ _ _ _ _ _ _ #interior #interiordesign #architectureporn #thespacesilike #japanesedesign #interiorphotography #designlife #furnituredesign #designmilk #interiorporn #travelphotography #luxuryspaces #instadesign #interiorstylist #architecture #restaurantdesign #interiorarchitecture #interiorarchitect #interiorphotographer #interiorforall #interiør123 #designgoals #creativelife #photographerslife #interiordesigning #minimalism #interiorhome #tokyo #passionforinteriors #passionforarchitecture
