Museo de Arte Moderno de México, Mexico City, Mexico

CDMX | Museo de Arte Moderno _ The architect "Ramirez Vazquez was known for stunningly original designs that blended a European modernist sensibility with pre-Columbia aesthetics." wrote the Los Angeles Times. In collaboration with others he built some stunning museums in Mexico City, some of the last museums I’ve visited before lockdown. I’ve been revisiting them on my camera roll today, grateful for every picture I took and remembering the great company and conversations with @matthieu.martin and @vera___roca inspired by these mid-century modern buildings. _ February 7, 2020 #elice_fexploresmexico

Happy #WorldBookDay2020! ?? What are you all reading? My brain is fried today and I can’t focus on anything to save my life. Might just call it a day and celebrate World Book Day tomorrow – is that cheating? ?? . . . . . . . #urbanjungleblog #designrestaurants #traveldeeper #mytinyatlaslondon #IAmATraveler #suitcasetravels #thisislondon #visitlondon #prettylittlelondon #timeoutlondon #toplondonphoto #thespacesilike #prettycitylondon #londoncityworld #theprettycities #prettylittletrips @uk #londoncoffeeshops #theworldofinteriors #dametravelerfoodie #mysecretlondon #thelondonlifeinc #restaurantinteriors #wonderlustlondon #goopgo #travelerinlondon #beautifulmatters #anthropologie #elledecor #departuresmag

Habitas Tulum, Tulum, Mexico

Tulum // Is there anything more satisfying than the sound of waves crashing against the beach? Waking up to this sound on the first morning of our honeymoon in Mexico was magical, from the intimacy of our tented bedroom at @habitastulum, featuring a terrace that quite literally opened onto the ocean…? — #habitastulum #visittulum #GinaGoesToMexico

Scarlet Hotel, Cornwall, UK

Happy #EarthDay! ? As today's #armchairtravel I'm sharing my favourite eco hotel @scarlethotel with its incredible pool! The hotel has thought of the environment at every turn, from reducing electricity by not including kettles in the rooms (but you can call reception for tea or coffee at any time of the day!) to using bromine to clean it's pool rather than chlorine. Here's hoping we can get back to exploring our beautiful earth one day soon #weekendsfromlondon ? ? ? ? ? #hotelsdotcom #boutiquehotels #theslowdowncollective #cornersofmyworld #luxuryblogger #lifestyleblogger #thespacesilike #countryhouse #passionpassport #doyoutravel. #luxurylifestyle #ahotellife #departuresmag #cntraveller #carewhereyoustay #mydomainetravel #huffposttaste #letsgoeverywhere #weekendaway #staycation #minibreak #smithhotels #scarletmoment

Austrian National Library, Vienna, Austria

Today in a virtual #walkwithfuus vacation, we’ve said goodbye to Hallstatt (for now) and have made our way back to Vienna to see the famous Austrian National Library, and more specifically, the great State Hall. Built in the 18th century as part of the former Court library, this baroque gem holds more than 200,000 copies of scholarly books, otherwise known as tomes. Imagine having to shelter-in-place here, you might never get bored ? ⠀ . . .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #bbctravel #passionpassport #tlpicks #suitcasetravels #austria #booksonbooks #stillatraveler #theprettycities #sweetdreamsmag #oftheafternoon #somewheremagazine #cnntravel #thespacesilike #somewhereiwouldliketolive #elledecor #archdaily #archdigest #forbestravelguide #voyaged #interiorinspo #bookishfeature #bookstagram #booksbooksbooks #culturetripbooks #bookaholic #bookishlove #booktography #booksaremylife #thisjaneaustinlife
