It has undergone modernisation before being listed for sale via Compass for $2.955m. However, the post-and-beam home still has its quintessential modernist features, especially in the living room, where a colossal fieldstone fireplace almost reaches the beamed ceiling and clerestory windows.

The kitchen is all new: white veined marble counters, a large central island, and patinated tiles offer texture in a restrained colour palette that contrasts dark wood cabinetry and wide plank flooring.
