Sleeps 6; €382 per night via Welcome Beyond
If this home looks magazine-ready, it’s because the Morongo Valley home belongs to a former stylist and is conceived as a liveable art gallery. The High Desert hideaway combines midcentury interiors with Moroccan rugs and baskets and Californian furniture and ceramics. Outside the Adobe house, there’s a plunge pool with High Desert views and cacti-dotted grounds with views of the mountains. Take a tour.

Matthew Lloyd Architects designed this apartment on the top floor of a church tower in London’s Hackney Wick. Aptly named The Tower, the residential structure is part of several Anglican church buildings that were refurbished and converted by the architects in 2014. Original exposed brickwork and arches remain inside the east London property and large church windows overlook the grounds below.

A warehouse in Lisbon’s design district

This vast warehouse is located in Lisbon’s bustling design district, Santos-o-Velho. The 250-sq-m industrial space comes with a commercial license and is being marketed as a potential coworking space, restaurant or residential development opportunity. The raw structure brags soaring ceilings, exposed beams and brick walls, concrete flooring and huge iron-framed windows which overlook the nearby river and shipyards.
