Marvel fans will soon be able to check in to their favourite superhero’s digs at Disneyland Paris.

Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel is the first ever Marvel Comics hotel, and its interiors will pay homage to the Manhattan home of billionaire crime-fighter Tony Stark, aka Iron Man.

‘We are going to create a hotel at Disneyland Paris that would make Tony Stark proud,’ says Bob Chapek, chairman of Disney Parks and Resorts.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, the four star hotel’s exterior will resemble Iron Man’s soaring skyscraper home, Stark Towers. Costumes, props and drawings from the Marvel films will be displayed inside its public spaces, which will have Big Apple bent.

Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel has yet to get a formal opening date, but will replace Disneyland’s existing Hotel New York, and is expected to have 565 rooms.

It follows hot on the heels of last week’s announcement that Disney is opening a Star Wars themed-hotel at Walt Disney World Orlando, where guests can enjoy a two-day interactive narrative event.
