Since then, the self-described ‘solution thinker’ has combined his creative ventures and love of vintage objects into Orence.store. Espinal’s conceptual renderings of hotels and storefronts have been described as ‘the future of commercial spaces.’ In addition to her innovative projects, Espinal’s artistry includes furniture design and a monumental multi-functional piece called ‘mesa tres’ displayed on her Instagram.

Fredrik Karlsson, interior designer


After renovating his studio apartment in Arizona, Fredrik Karlsson developed a passion for renovating. Formerly a professional golfer, the Stockholm-based star used social media to launch his career as an interior designer. To date, he has transformed over five properties, collaborated with Virgil Abloh and founded his own vintage collection business, Galerie North. His social media platform has made him one of the most influential interior personalities today.
