The House of Gucci location is available for one night only

Fashion loving guests can sample the Gucci lifestyle with an overnight stay at the 16th-century palazzo that serves as the home of Gucci patriarch Aldo Gucci in the upcoming blockbuster, House of Gucci.

Ridley Scott’s family drama stars Adam Driver as Gucci heir Maurizio Gucci, with Lady Gaga as his enraged ex-wife Patrizia Reggiani. Delving into the complicated (and murderous) family entanglements of the fashion house, its rich costuming and sets are both a love letter to fashion and to the Italian landscape, with the film shot on locations from the powdery slopes of Cortina to the bustling streets of Rome and Florence.

Villa Balbiano appears on screen as the Lake Como home of Gucci chairman Aldo Gucci – the eldest son of Gucci’s founder, Guccio Gucci. His home is a key setting in the movie with its manicured gardens and ornately decorated rooms, designed by Jacques Garcia, providing a rich backdrop for his birthday party.

To celebrate the movie’s release, two guests can enjoy an exclusive one-night stay at the Lake Como property via Airbnb on 3 March 2022, enjoying access to four floors of the palazzo, plus its private pier, boathouse, swimming pool and award-winning gardens.
