This Tennessee farmstead has an orchard, apitherapy hut and 21 acres

The house itself spans 4,294 square feet

A 216-tree orchard and an apitherapy bee hut are part of Foundery Fields, a 20.9-acre farmstead in Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee, set around a restored 1930 farmhouse.

The timber-clad house spans 4,294 square feet, with five fireplaces and interiors incorporating patterned wallpapers imported from Italy and France. Fireplace stoves were sourced from the UK. The primary bedroom shares the ground floor with a second bedroom or office. Three further rooms sit upstairs.

A separate guest cottage overlooks the gardens and orchard. It contains its own kitchen and living area, with a bedroom in the loft above. The property’s agricultural buildings include a greenhouse, harvest barn and historic four-stall barn with a hayloft.

Closer to the farmhouse is a heated swimming pool, accompanied by a sauna and cold plunge. Fenced and cross-fenced paddocks cover part of the grounds, which are intersected by a creek and extend to the Harpeth River.

Foundery Fields is listed by Megan M Smith of Onward Real Estate for $6.998 million.
