A rare example of a self-build Usonian Automatic home, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, is up for sale for $850,000 in New Hampshire.
Kalil House is one of small cache of properties by Frank Lloyd Wright that were ordered as DIY kits and sent down to owners to self-build. Usonian Automatic homes are characterised by their concrete exteriors, made up of dozens of blocks that form walls, as well as a set of grid-like windows.
