The apartments, which range from studios to three-bedroom homes and come with floor-to- ceiling windows and triple aspect vistas– have been furnished by multi-disciplinary design studio State of Craft using timeless, natural materials. Residents, who will start to move in from June, can choose from one of two interior palettes, Bermondsey or Borough – a nod to the local neighbourhood.
With prices starting from £700 pw, tenants will have access to 12,000 sq ft of amenity space including London’s highest outdoor swimming pool, a double-height library, a 15-seat cinema, gym and a private dining room and kitchen available to book with a private chef.
Over 1000 artworks with an emphasis on craft and nature have been curated throughout the apartments and wider building which also boasts 13,000 sq ft of landscaped public realm and 9,000 sq ft of retail space.
