This London home is infused with peaceful Mediterranean minimalism

A tactile palette and bold materiality enrich its spaces

This minimalist London property in Queen’s Park is the result of a collaboration between design and development consultancy COEUS and interior firm Cavendish Studios, who together channelled the warmth and serenity of Mediterranean living into its spaces.

Located on Milverton Road, just moments from the green expanse of Queen’s Park, the five-bedroom property distils a sense of nature and calm into its domestic spaces through a tactile material palette and finishes. Behind its sleek brick façade, the three-storey home is arranged around a sculptural concrete staircase that curves elegantly through the height of the building.

Floor-to-ceiling glazing connects the living room and dining rooms to a landscaped rear garden, reinforcing the home’s tranquil atmosphere, as do textured limewashed walls by Bauwerk. The kitchen, meanwhile, echoes the exterior brickwork with earthy red shaker-style cabinetry and a central island designed for gathering.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom is conceived as a private retreat, with large picture windows, a dressing room and an en suite bathroom finished in Mandarin Stone tiles, featuring a deep Lusso soaking tub. A second en suite bedroom sits on this floor, while three additional bedrooms are arranged on the lower-ground level around a planted courtyard.

This level also includes a multi-functional hallway space with a bespoke library wall and rustic terracotta clay pavers, nodding again to the Mediterranean inspiration at the core of the London property’s design.

Milverton Road is for sale via Domus Nova for £3.65m.
