Opus - 1175 Hillcrest, LA

The promo video for this $100m Los Angeles pad puts a literal spin on the phrase ‘property porn’…

Gold-dipped models writhe around the 20,500 sq ft Beverly Hills, dubbed Opus, in the film which depicts the raunchy, virtual-reality fantasy of its fictional owner.

Opus LA property for sale

Film producer turned developer Nile Niami is behind the seven-bedroom mansion and its promo, and according to a release from Hilton & Hyland – whose agent Drew Fenton is handling the sale – the trailer offers ‘a sneak peek into a life where the boundaries are limitless’.

Niami enlisted architect Paul McClean to design the LA property, and its spec is even more outlandish than the film that promotes it. Opus comes with 11 bathrooms, two swimming pools, a glass waterfall, and a 10 car museum – complete with a gold Lamborghini and Rolls Royce.

Also in the house is a professional beauty salon and a champagne vault that holds 170 bottles of Cristal.

Opus is on Hillcrest Road, aka ‘Billionaires Row’, which is thought to be the most expensive street in America. The property has views of Sunset Boulevard and Downtown LA out to the Pacific Ocean.

And according to CNBC, Niami is building an even bigger mansion in Bel Air with a price tag of $500m…
