Atlantic views abound across this Rhode Island beach house in South Kingstown, which features a topsy-turvy layout and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The boxy timber-clad waterfront home features a ‘reverse layout’ with the living room and kitchen on the upper level to maximise ocean views – including a huge deck area that acts as an outside lounge.
