A new, woody villa overlooks a pebbly cove in Ibiza

Casa del Árbol sleeps 10 in a pine forest moments from the beach

A new holiday villa overlooking Cala Moli in southwest Ibiza is available for rent, offering space for 10 people. Nestled in a pine forest with views to a pebbly cove, Casa del Árbol has three bedrooms in the main house and two guest annexes, each sleeping two people.

A new design by Ibiza Interiors features wooden furnishings and textural linens sourced from artisans across the island. An exposed log fire, solarium and natural stone floors with underfloor heating keep things comfortable when the temperature dips. Warm timber cabinetry in the kitchen is complemented by smooth marble worktops.

Terraces on various levels give way to gardens of lemon trees, oleander, agapanthus, mastics and oliviers, with design by French landscape architect Arnaud Casaus. Casaus has incorporated an infinity pool into the design, along with an outdoor dining area, grill, pizza oven and treehouse deck.

Domus Nova is offering the property to let for €8,500 to €16,500 per week.
