Selena Gomez slept here

The house originally built for Tom Petty is on the market for $6.5 million

The late rockstar Tom Petty commissioned this San Fernando Valley home in 1989. Nearly 30 years later, Selena Gomez picked it up. And now, six years on, she’s selling the 11,500-square-foot home for $6.495 million. Branden Williams and Rayni Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates have the listing.

The three-level home sits on nearly an acre of gardens past a gated driveway, opening to a double-height living room with a skylight. The primary suite is also on the main floor, along with a family room, dining room and kitchen with an inglenook range. A further five bedroom suites are upstairs

The sprawling property doubles as a private resort, with a wine cellar, gym, massage room, private office, hair salon, second kitchen, and vocal studio. Outdoors, terraces lead out to a cabana, bar, fire pit, al fresco dining area and a cascading waterfall with a stream that flows directly into the freeform swimming pool.
