Coastal Glass House – available to rent via Boutique Homes from $900 per night – was designed by practice Rosevear Stephenson Architects and sits on a bluff overlooking Great Oyster Bay. The Swansea property has floor-to-ceiling glass throughout to maintain views of the water, while interiors have concrete floors and clean lines, creating a stark contrast with natural surrounds.

The three-bedroom Australian holiday home is decked out with contemporary art and furniture. It’s also wrapped in terraces, with a path leading down to its own private beach.
