Architecture firm Sommarnöjen has conceived four summer cabins for the Swedish village of Burgsvik in Gotland.
The structures measure from 62 sqm and will be located on or near the shoreline overlooking the Baltic Sea next to the village. Each is individually designed and can be built on demand, with either one, two or three bedrooms.

On the market with Fantastic Frank starting from 2.85m SEK, the cabins will open directly out onto the seashore or onto the Burgsvik meadows. Each summerhouse will be a turnkey – with all external and internal decoration, finishes, plumbing, flooring and utilities included in Sommarnöjen’s design.
Våradonisvägen 9 is an all-white timber design near the beach, with two bedrooms, vast windows and a wide veranda surrounding the house on three sides. Its siblings, Öja Domerarve 1:44 and Öja Bobbenvarve 1:84, are also available with three and four rooms respectively.
Bygdegårdsvägen 10 meanwhile is a three bedroom, red timber structure with a large sitting and dining area overlooking the fields. The Gotland property will sit closer to the village, which is home to just 350 people.
