Messner Mountain Museum, Bolzano, Italy

I don't think there's another place in the world where my passion for both #mountains and #architecture could be more satisfied than at the Messner Mountain Museum (MMM) Corones. I desperately wanted to see this one-of-a-kind structure designed by @zahahadidarchitects from the moment I first read about its opening in 2015. Dug into the plateau of Plan de Corones at 2.275 m, it takes its visitors on a journey through the history of alpinism and provides breathtaking views over the surrounding mountains of the Italian Dolomites and the Austrian Alps. City Palace, Jaipur, India

Jaipur | florals for the rains _ Chandra Mahal (Moon Palace), at the west end of the sprawling Jaipur City Palace, still is a residence of the royal family. It is a seven story building of private rooms and each floor has been given a specific name. Chhavi Niwas, the Hall of Images, is painted in Wedgwood blue and floral patterns in white lines.
