Minimalist atelier conversion in Paris’s Village Saint-Ferdinand asks for €2.2m

Renovated by an architect with a penchant for white

This Paris home raises the bar for the classic atelier conversion, using a thoughtful interior renovation to maximise its lofty ceilings, huge factory-style windows and exposed beams.

The 130 sq m Paris property is located in Ternes, in the residential enclave of Village Saint-Ferdinand and was made over by its unnamed architect owner in a very sleek, minimalist style. The entire interior is white-washed, from glossy floors to historic beams and rafters,  to the metal staircase railings, contrasting the updated black-steel framed windows.

The lower level features a free-flowing kitchen and living room, with the primary suite – with bathroom, storage and a dressing room – on this floor.

Upstairs, a home office overlooks the living room. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and utilities are also on this level.

Joachim Druart of Espaces Atypiques Agency Paris Ouest is listing the Parisian property for €2.2m.
