Basilicata // Happy Easter Sunday! Taken this time last year, at the absolutely magical @palazzomargherita, where we spent Easter last year as a family. It’s easily one of my favourite hotels in Italy: owned by Francis Ford Coppola, the intimate Italian palazzo has nine beautiful and romantic suites. The property is exclusive to hotel guests; we’d spend our days eating homemade pasta al fresco underneath the wisteria, and spend golden hour lounging by the pool. Today is a little different but just as lovely: I’m in the Cotswolds with my in-laws and we’re having a big Sunday roast and pavlova for dessert in the garden.
