Our little Gail sleeps soundly in the day, and fussily at night. As we are adjusting our daily rhythm around hers, I often found myself going through the night with her in my arms, trying to help her go back to sleep, serenading — or more like, chanting this prayer, this song to her. During a time like this, there’s nothing more I’d want, or she needs, than to have His favor and His presence to be with her — from now on, and forever.
