London | A little corner of @hide_restaurant above where I had an wonderful 3 course lunch last weekend – one of my favourite meals in London this year. Nature plays a core role in Hide's identity and I loved seeing all of its elements come through in not just the food but throughout the restaurant. If you've got a booking here, try to get there eatlier and head to the bar downstairs first – their drinks are fantastic.

Up until 2014 this corridor was only walked by the nuns of the monastery of Saint Catherine. After the monastery closed and the few remaining nuns were relocated to other monasteries, tourists from all over the world have been able to enjoy the beauty of this place.
