Take a digital tour of Marseille courtesy of Jacquemus

Simon Porte Jacquemus has stepped in to save the summer holidays, with an Instagram series that lets viewers enjoy a vicarious vacation in Marseille via Instagram.

The three-part city guide, entitled Mon Marseille, offers up all the components of a good trip, from beaches and clear blue water to al fresco dining and local dishes.

There’s also video tours of the city’s stores and restaurants, and films of Marseille’s architecture – including Le Corbusier’s iconic Unité d’Habitation – drenched in orange light as the sun sets. It’s accompanied by a long list of locations to take note of for post-lockdown holidays.
