Plan your escape to this high-desert residence in southern Utah

It spans nine acres within the Amangiri resort

Set across nine acres of desert at Canyon Point near the Arizona border, this six-bedroom villa forms part of the Aman Residences at Amangiri in southern Utah. Designed by Los Angeles firm Masastudio, the 12,000-square-foot house extends low across the terrain, its poured concrete volumes calibrated to the tones of the surrounding mesa. A 36-metre pool traces the edge of the main terrace, while loggia pavilions and a sequence of courtyards mediate between interior and landscape. It is currently offered through Aman Residences for $33 million.

In recent years, Utah has drawn renewed attention as a second-home market, supported by population growth and improved connectivity to the West Coast. Positioned within reach of Zion National Park, the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas, Amangiri has become closely associated with high-desert architecture and private retreat. The residence includes a primary suite with courtyard and heated plunge pool, a spa with steam room and sauna, and a fitness studio. It is offered fully furnished and comes with the services of a chef, villa host and ‘adventure host’.
