Recognise this sleek Los Angeles property? It stars in The Weeknd’s ‘Starboy’ as well as adverts for Range Rover and Mercedes-Benz – and it could be yours for £6.395 m.
Designed by Zoltan Pali in 2008, the 4,600 sq ft Beverly Hills house is set over three staggered levels, with a glass façade that looks out over the city and a road-side façade that is rippled like fins.
Known as The Caverhill Residence, it featured in the sinister video for the Canadian artist’s 2016 album title-track, in which he’s kidnapped by a mysterious masked assailant.
Interiors of the Los Angeles property are minimalist, featuring poured concrete floors and a sculptural steel staircase that rises through the four-bedroom contemporary home.
Pali, who designed the upcoming Academy Museum of Motion Pictures with Renzo Piano, crafted the box-like dwelling so it has 1,000 sq ft of shaded indoor/outdoor space. It also comes with an infinity pool set at ground level.
The Caverhill Residence is on the market with Verna Helbling and Tim Perry.
