A tiny timber-framed folly from Prinknash Bird and Deer Park, near Cheltenham, is set to go under the hammer next month at Chorley’s auction house with an estimate of £12,000-15,000.
The Tudor-style Wendy house has been at the park for over 20 year and measures just 260cm x 260cm x 400cm. It features a wooden frame with tiled roof, plaster-infill upper half and brick base, punctuated by small leaded windows.
The playhouse is lot 500 of Chorley’s two-day auction on 17-18 September and will pique the interest of tiny home enthusiasts. A wooden staircase ascends the height of the little tower, which is outfitted with electricity.
