The Collective Studio has been earmarked to transform the raw, 4176 sq m space into a luxurious city retreat with a swimming pool, private gym and sauna – or even a professional recording studio. Current plans could be adapted according to the new owner’s wishes.

Renders of K60 from The Collective Studio envisage it as a white-walled minimalist pad, complete with parquet floors and black-steel-and-glass partitions.
