Story time: My first day in Milan, I arrived jet lagged to my Airbnb in the mid-afternoon. Instead of giving into the temptation for a nap, I set off to explore the city. The highlight was an aperitivo in this stunning restaurant housed in a former sawmill. Past midnight and 40,000 steps later, I returned dead tired to my Airbnb to discover I was given the wrong key and officially locked out. ???‍♂️
