An art deco villa is up for sale in Ghent, and it’s peak 1930s elegance, from its black-and-white marble floors to its stained glass windows.

The modernist home has undergone some restoration since it was completed in 1932. However, its period details are still very much in place. Of particular note are its geometrically-patterned art deco windows, which cast shafts of coloured light, and the parquet flooring that runs throughout.
