Own a restored Art Deco gem in Brussels

Belgian architect Léon Sneyers designed this Art Deco mansion in Brussels as his own private home and workshop in 1927, drawing on the Vienna Secession style.

The five-bedroom was restored in 2014 by architect Baron. He retained original period details such as octagonal windows, stained glass, lighting and mouldings, while creating a more open-plan layout.

A vast 60 sq m living room forms the heart of the property, leading out onto a terrace and swimming pool, separate dining room and kitchen.

It’s now on the market via Sotheby’s.
