Owners can set up and move into this contemporary country cabin within just one day, as the prefab is delivered turn-key ready.
Topol-27 is designed by Moscow firm Bio Architects, who have squeezed a bedroom, dressing room, kitchen, bathroom and living room into its 27-sq-m footprint – inspiration for the cabin’s name.
The tiny home is delivered as a single module and follows a rustic aesthetic, with its pitched roof, long silhouette and smokestack-style chimneys. The bedroom is strategically located next to a vast glazed section, with the bed set on a raised plinth to make the most of the views. A metal framework raises the whole cabin off the ground, and also creates a small front terrace.
Buyers can put their own stamp on the tiny home, which has a neutral backdrop made of grey flooring and oak panelling. It comes ready-furnished with lighting, appliances, curtains and even dishes and cutlery – owners just need to make the bed and hang the towels up.
Topol-27 is manufactured by DublDom.
