It might not be quite as famous as his Goldstein Residence, but this John Lautner-designer property in Los Angeles is a midcentury gem.

Built for Harry and Pauline Williams in 1952, the three-bedroom home in Beachwood Canyon sits below the Hollywood Hills sign. It has been masterfully restored under the guidance of Lautner associate Helena Arahuete, who worked with Lautner from 1971.

Following its refurb, the modernist house at 3329 Ledgewood Drive is on the rental market for the first time ever priced at $7,500 per month via Marc Silver of Compass.

Interiors of the 7,871 sq ft Los Angeles property feature angled wood-beamed ceilings, a brick fireplace, built-in cabinetry and polished concrete floors. Mod-cons such as radiant heating and air conditioning have also been installed as part of the revamp.
