Labelled 'the most beautiful cafe in the world' The New York Café has lived through many eras, political systems and historical turning points. The grandeur interiors transported us back in time to an old-world glamour. Venetian glass lamps softly illuminated the marble columns and gilded stuccoes. We were immersed in an authentic 19th century coffee experience under the majestic frescoed ceiling, accented by a live orchestra playing in the background.
