One of Instagram’s favourite off-grid retreats is for sale on the edge of California’s Joshua Tree National Park for $475,00 – and it comes with all of its design pieces and Airbnb bookings.

The pueblo-style Pioneertown home was renovated by duo Carlos Naude and Whitney Brown as a holiday home and showroom for their creative practice Working Holiday Studio. They whitewashed the two-bedroom adobe building and overhauled its interiors with a minimalist theme.

Rooms are outfitted with furniture and design objects retailed by the studio – including a Moooi Cloud Sofa by Marcel Wanders and lounge chairs by LAUN LA. Meanwhile, solar-panels power the desert home, minimising its environmental impact.

Naude and Brown previously listed the Californian holiday home via Airbnb from $220 per night. It’s being sold as a turnkey commercial opportunity with all Airbnb bookings and a 4.9-star superhdeserteat rating in place, and comes with 2.65 acres of cactus-strewn land.
