This 1966 post-and-beam residence offers a peaceful haven in California’s wooded Malibu Hills.
Designed by Malibu architect Douglas Rucker, the Calabasas property – on the market with Deasy/Penner for $1.695m – is an exercise in classic midcentury design, with timber slatted ceilings, exposed beams and built-in cabinetry.
