A low-slung Mallorcan finca opens toward the Tramuntana mountains

It’s got climate control and permission for a pool

Completed in 2024, this single-storey finca by Nora Studio in Mallorca sits within 16,000sqm of countryside outside Llubí, in the island’s centre. Built in Marés stone and pale render, Can Nati is composed as a horizontal volume with a gently sloping roofline oriented toward the Tramuntana. The plan is arranged around a central garden, which separates the open-plan living wing from the bedrooms and establishes a clear relationship between interior, terrace and landscape.

To the left, an open-plan living and dining space connects directly to a terrace through sliding glazing. Microcement floors extend throughout, meeting exposed pine beams overhead. The kitchen is formed as a masonry volume finished in microcement and fir, with guest facilities positioned nearby, and an independent atelier sits beyond a small patio. To the right, three bedrooms and two bathrooms line the garden façade.

Climate control is installed in the living room and bedrooms, and an approved swimming pool is placed close to the terrace, with parking set discreetly at the edge of the plot. The 158sqm house is listed for €1,200,000 with Fantastic Frank Mallorca.
