This 100-year old Mallorcan townhouse is fresh from a refurb

Fresh from a total renovation and now on the market, Camp Roig is a vast Mallorcan townhouse filled with antiques and design pieces – all of which are included in the price tag.

Durietz Design led the refurb of the home, which is located in Alaró, in the foothills of Spain’s Tramuntana Mountains. The studio designed much of the locally crafted furniture in the house, mixing it with older pieces that were also sourced in Mallorca.

Spanning 600 sq m, the townhouse includes seven bedrooms and a wine cellar that comes ready-stocked with 150 bottles.

Durietz Design has wrapped the home in muted tones, which allow original details such as wooden beams and weathered stonework to shine through. A time-worn sink from the garden well has been reused in the kitchen, where it sits alongside slabs of travertine marble.

The Mollarcan property is listed for €4.5m, and includes a cactus-lined outdoor pool as well as a garage and yoga room.
