According to Curbed, the Warren Street loft belongs to blogger-turned-gallerist Taymour Grahne.
Large-scale artworks adorn its walls, drawing attention to the 2,074 sq ft Tribeca apartment’s lofty proportions: rooms feature 12-ft-tall ceilings, and tall triple-sash windows in the living area and kitchen.
On the market via Raphael De Niro and Sara Dai of Douglas Elliman for $3.5m, the two-bedroom Manhattan property comes with exposed brickwork and pine floorboards throughout, as well as custom-cabinetry in the bedrooms and study area.
Sadly, the artworks aren’t included in the sale, but there’s plenty of inspiration for would-be-collectors….
