A 62-acre Texas ranch has hit the market, and its $3.9m price tag includes a soaring barn-style home and separate guesthouse.

Located in Bryan, the Texas property sits on rolling pasture land close to the Brazos River, with the ranch’s two homes screened by mature oak trees.
