Set within the village of Runa in Portugal’s Torres Vedras municipality, this late 19th-century house was renovated in 2022 and reconfigured to accommodate two independent living units within a single structure. Positioned slightly above the surrounding landscape, the house faces towards vineyards, with walking paths extending directly from the rear of the site.

The building spans approximately 448 square metres across three levels, including an attic. Its façade retains a symmetrical composition, with arched window openings and a central entrance preserved from the original construction.

Internally, the renovation maintains key material elements. Pine flooring runs throughout, while vaulted openings and ceiling heights reflect the proportions of the original structure. Additional light is introduced through roof windows at the upper level. Each of the two main floors contains its own kitchen and living areas, allowing for separate occupation. Fireplaces remain in place within the principal rooms.

Outdoor space includes a 112sqm garden with a pool oriented to the east, along with a terrace positioned for extended sun exposure. A garage, storage areas and a laundry are integrated within the plan, alongside heating supported by a heat pump and solar panels.

It’s on the market with Fantastic Frank Lisbon for €895,000.
