Gratton + Legendre designed this modern beach house in West Sussex which has views across the English Channel.

The 4,400 sq ft home in Shoreham-by-Sea is for sale via The Modern House for £2.85m and is wrapped in a rustic skin of cedar cladding and render that echoes its coastal setting.
