The grounds of this 1988 André Stern villa in Les Trois-Lucs, Marseille, are as spirited as the house itself. The dense 6,000sqm gardens include a tennis court, pétanque area and discreet parking — as well as an infinity pool that curves right around the windowed interior. That circular room is the heart of the 346sqm house, and a series of wings radiate around it. The geometry of the spaces is organised to follow the movement of the sun.

The central living space sits beneath a glazed roof lantern, with its rounded plan anchored by an open fireplace. Full-height glazing wraps the perimeter, opening directly onto a timber terrace that leads to the pool. Materials include ribbed concrete, glass blocks and aluminium-framed glazing, with a mix of curved and rectilinear elements shaping the structure. A more enclosed dining room connects to a kitchen oriented towards the garden.

The principal bedroom, with dressing room and en suite, is elevated above the landscape. Four additional bedrooms occupy the lower level, each facing the garden, alongside a shared bathroom and a separate wellness area with sauna.

The house is on the market for €1.55M with Archik.
