Get a rare look inside Lee Broom’s New York penthouse during NYCxDesign

Designed by Broom himself, the interior features his retail and custom work

The house that luxury lighting built is a 280-square-metre Tribeca duplex, decorated by the owner with familiar pieces from 16 years in business. Lee Broom customised the two-storey New York penthouse with reclaimed oak and American marble and designed bespoke pieces that speak to the surroundings and the skyline view.

Shared by Broom and his partner Charles Rudgard, the second home doubles as an appointment-only showroom for the company’s interior design potential, so the rare private tours offered next month during NYCxDesign 2023 will be irresistible to fans of Broom’s work.

As a bonus, Broom will furnish some rooms with his 2022 Divine Inspiration lighting, a range that celebrated his company’s 15th anniversary. It’ll be the first time visitors will view limited-edition pieces like the white-plaster Requiem Tube light in a residential setting.

Guests must pre-book via penthouse@leebroom.com for a private appointment between 18 and 25 May, 10 am to 6 pm.
