Covent Garden is wrapped in 32,000 sq ft of mirror

Mirror, mirror on the wall, head down to London’s Covent Garden if you want to find out who is the fairest of them all…

Design agency Sculptivate has indulged our inner vanity by wrapping the eastern façade of the 19th-century Covent Garden Market Building with 67 mirrors. The installation, called ‘Reflect London’, is on show for eight months while renovation takes place behind the walls ahead of restaurant Sushisamba’s arrival next year.

Over time, the angle of surfaces will gradually change to provide an endless number of reflections and even more selfies.
