On a hillside above Port Andratx, western Mallorca, this unbuilt residence by Isla Architects is organised through a series of stacked concrete slabs that extend outward to frame views across the harbour and open sea. The structure is expressed through a regular grid of columns and floor plates, establishing a consistent flow between interior spaces and terraces.

Materially restrained, the scheme relies on exposed concrete, glass and timber to define the architecture. A suspended fireplace anchors the main living space, positioned centrally within the structural grid.

It’s on the market for €2,495,000 via Poetic Walls.
